John Venn, renowned philosopher

Philosophy considers such general and fundamental questions as the sorts of things that exist, the nature and scope of knowledge and moral judgments, and the nature of mind and language. Philosophy is distinguished from other ways of addressing these questions (such as mysticism or mythology) by its critical, generally systematic approach and its reliance on reasoned argument. <p> Like many an Illogicopedian, Sir Frosty is a child of Uncle Pete, with the bonus feature of being an admin on there. Yet, despite his shared duties, good ol' Frosty still manages to be one of the most active editors on Illogicopedia, dispelling the nonexistent myth that ?Pedia users cannot multitask. Some of this fine fellow's feats so far include creating a page, writing under the influence of alcohol, unleashing edit conflict and embarking on a journey towards the sun. Frosty also takes home the additional honour of being the first person to win IOTM in exactly a year. Huzzah!

Sloth.jpg The living sloths comprise six species of medium-sized mammals that live in Central and South America belonging to the families Megalonychidae and Bradypodidae, part of the order Pilosa. Most scientists call the sloth suborder Folivora, while some call it Phyllophaga. Both names mean "leaf-eaters"; the first is derived from Latin, the second from ancient Greek.
